EPTV Mission

The mission of Energy Policy TV is to educate our audience of major stakeholders in energy and the environment.

EPTV is unique.  We are the only website that aggregates third-party video content from thought-leaders and decision-makers in all segments of energy and the environment—in Washington and across the country.

Content is added daily from those who are shaping key policies in federal and state government, utilities, energy companies, the investment community, think tanks and academia.

EPTV provides only information-of-record. We do not report what leaders say.  You actually see and hear them saying it.  There is no opportunity for misinterpretation.  All of our content consists of original sources: that is, policy thought-leaders and decision-makers themselves.  We are a spin-free space that does not rely on third-party accounts or commentary.

EPTV is the only website that brings total transparency to policy creation.  EPTV is an on-the–record site.  Use the content to accurately quote sources, evaluate policy statements and understand precisely what energy policy leaders are saying.

EPTV is also the only website—or media of any kind—that provides full coverage of all Congressional hearings on energy and the environment.  This high-value service is uniquely designed for those who need to track Congressional activity.

EPTV holds a neutral editorial policy and does not take positions on issues.

Our goal is to contribute to informed debate on energy and environmental policy.

The entire EPTV website is free to all users.  We are supported by sponsored advertising.  As with our content, we welcome sponsors from different sides of the issues.

We invite you to become a part of our efforts to foster this open debate and to make it available to all who make, report, represent and influence energy and environmental policy.
